What should i do about my bestfriend?

my bestest friend is a boy and he is sorta a friend with benefits. we kiss eachother on the lips sometimes( like three times a week) and we hug every minute. yea he told me he likes me and he wants to go out with me but he plays around with other girls. i dont want to deal with that. he always calling me baby, y,cutie, and other names. he always saying i love u and i want to f u so badly.... he is very perverted and he touches me alot. He always talks about around me and im use to it. i can trust him with anything but lately it been getting awkward.i went over to his house and we started to make out..... then we started talking about how we really feel abut eachother and he says he really loves me and wants to be with me forever. then at skool we hang out more and kiss often, hug often, and walk home together. he then asked me out but i said no because i have a boyfriend. it seems weird at y im doing all of this with another guy but me and my boyfriend dont even talk anymore so i kinda moved on but i still like him. yes i did kinda cheat but its a on and off relationship soooooo i really dont know. please dont judge me......i just need help. what should i do about my best friend?
