Um did this older woman kinda flirt with me a little?

I'm 20 yrs old and well i was just walkin by after taking out the trash at my job and one of the women that works there too (i barely know her and shes older maybe late 40s - mid 50s) asked me if i could bring a cart she had back to the laundry room and i said ok, and then she said "your very strong" and then she quickly touched my right bicep... i said thanks and left... so did she kinda flirt or what?
