Which TE this week? Visanthe Shiancoe or Heath Miller?

Which tight end in week 10 V.Shiancoe for the vikings or h. miller for the steelers. I also have sidney rice ro not sure if its a good idea to play both vikings,, but miller only had 1 point last week. thoughts?
