HELP IM A BRIT LOOKING TO MOVE TO USA?

Hi im british 15 years old. I look to move to america when im 18 or if i finish university, What do i need to do, have to be able to live there. I would like to move to florida. Im hoping to become a holiday rep and i want to be based in florida. Lots of detail would help!
