Ukulele songs? tutuorials?

i'm a BEGINNER at ukulele (CANNOT play guitar). i want to learn a GOOD song (like the kind you hear on the radio. not the kind ur gramma sings to her cat). suggestions? also, if i suggest a song PLEASE give me a link to a tutorial video. *BROWNIE POINTS*: you get my eternal love and thankfullness if you can find a link for a ukulele tutorial for "love like woe" by the ready set.
