Need for speed carbon on Dell optiplex GX745 ?

i freinds can you please tell me that the Need for speed works on Dell optiplex GX745 with Core 2 duo ..1gb Ram ...256 intel R GMA 3000 VGA builtin ??i have just installed it but its not running first time ..giving some error ...when i click the NFS icon the desktop screen goes black like its gonna run but it give some error all the time ...help me plz
