.....Dear Nadia fatimah Oozeeraully, I would think that these days if a guy really loved a girl then he would tell her. Guys know that their girl likes to hear that. So, if he is hesitant to say it then it probably means that he's not really sure if he loves you or not, or doesn't want to commit yet. :-)
