Can you leave a thawed mouse in a snake aquarium overnight?

So in the attempt to get my new snake to eat I have thawed a pinkie and put it in the aquarium in the hiding place the snake is in right now (there are 2 different places for the snake to hide) in the hopes that it will eat. If it doesn't eat it overnight is it okay to leave it in there all night? When should I take it out? And is it okay to refreeze it?
